“Really easy. The signage is sparse, so make sure to factor in time for the wayfinding, as well. Basically, go up to the castle, pass the gift shop, and get in line with everyone else. Once your slot is called, they let you "skip ahead" to be admitted with your group of like 12 people. It's a nice pace. Sadly it rained a biblical amount when we were there, but there are lots of grounds to explore, too, so figure roughly 45-60 mins for the castle and then some time outside. We just showed our QR-codes on my phone. Simple.”

“Hello. I booked a boat trip to Potsdam for October 27th at 10:30 AM and paid 36 euros. I arrived at Potsdam from Berlin, but learned that the trip had been canceled due to technical reasons. This is not correct. You should have notified me of the cancellation in advance. How can I trust you? I want an immediate refund of the 36 euros I paid. Atilla Levent Tuna Res. No. GYG2Q9Y34MWX”

“Description said this was a tour in English with a guide. Upon check in the associate informed us that the Guide would be conducting the tour in German but she spoke enough English to give us the basics and it would be supplemented by recorded narration on the bus headsets. The audio system apparently was not fully functional as well as the bus driver had to ask for a couple people in seats if they spoke German and move them so we could sit in those seats where the English language recording was available. As we pulled out, the recording began with a couple of paragraphs of introductory information about…”

“Loved it! I recommend getting there early and take the bus tour all the way through, then start over and get off where you'd like to spend more time. The tour ends fairly early in the day (5pm) so we used the very convenient local transit to visit the sites we wanted but most of those close fairly early as well. Good value and a good price.”
